Classroom Creations is committed to providing a positive on-line shopping experience for our customers. Part of the experience includes the need to occasionally return an item.

We will accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item is unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original container.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the individual returning the item.
• Item must be returned within 30 days of arrival at the buyers location
• A copy of the invoice is included with the returned item. (a copy can be provided upon request)

We will refund the invoiced cost (excluding original shipping) of the returned item when it has arrived at our location and the above conditions are met.

Items damaged by FedEx or the US Postal Service while in transit are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the shipping company. We will make every reasonable effort to help our customers file timely complaints or claims with these organizaitons if it necessary to do so.
